Shipping Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We understand that you need your order as soon as possible, so we try to ship immediately your order within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Somehow, it will take 2-5 business days for your products to arrive. Maximum delivery time is one week.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re reading this, stop worrying! We have an easy 15-day return/exchange policy, with 100% refund in the case of returns*. The return/exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered.
- You need to mail us at customercare@kleanfix.com with valid reason of exchange and images of the product stating the reason of exchange within 7 days of delivery
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unused and in its original condition
- Originals receipts would need to be included
- All items would need to be purchased originally from Kleanfix.
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
